High-Test Performance Training is THE answer to fitness. Working with HTPT 3 days a week for the last 5 months, I have seen and felt dramatic changes in my body, energy, and endurance. I stuck to the traditional gym routine of 5-6 days a week working different muscle groups each day with nothing to show. Now, with just 3 sessions a week, most of which are less than 30 minutes, I have more time on my hands, and superior results. I have to give Greg and Paleo Diet a great deal of credit for my transformation. Before starting with Greg at High Test Performance I weighed 260 pounds and had issues with my joints and energy. In the first few months I didn’t make many changes other than portion control and attending the workouts 3-4 times a week with this I was able to lose 25lbs which was great but did not meet my goals. After speaking to Greg and doing my own research on the Paleo Diet I decided to get in on my first Paleo Challenge. This 30 days was just the kick I needed I ended up losing another 20 lbs in that time period. I have had lapses in my diet during my 4 years working out at High Test Performance but I always end up coming back to it because it not only helps my performance during the workouts but also gives me more energy and I feel much better than when I am not following the Paleo Diet.
